We are building a selective partner network made up of professionals whose work, relationships, and industry position place them close to several construction opportunities.
You were selected because you are in a strong position to identify and refer qualified projects. If a project you refer becomes a closed job for Piacentini Construction, you receive a commission based on the size of that project.
This network is not open to the public. We are inviting a limited group of professionals whose work may naturally place them near construction opportunities before those opportunities formally reach the market.

Partner status is granted only after Piacentini Construction reviews and approves a submitted application, and may be maintained only by individuals or organizations who continue to meet the program's eligibility standards, act in good faith, and participate in a professional manner consistent with the purpose of the network; Piacentini Construction reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke partner status at any time, with or without notice, if a participant no longer aligns with the standards, expectations, or business interests of the program.
A qualified referral is a legitimate construction opportunity submitted by an approved partner through an accepted channel and involving a real project, owner, operator, or authorized decision-maker not already actively engaged with Piacentini Construction through another source; referral ownership is determined solely by Piacentini Construction based on verifiable submission timing, project relevance, and prior relationship status, and duplicate or overlapping referrals may be disqualified or assigned at Piacentini Construction's sole discretion.
Commission is earned only when a qualified referral results in a fully executed contract and a closed job with Piacentini Construction, and is calculated according to the applicable commission tier based on the final contracted project value; payment timing, method, and any required verification shall be determined by Piacentini Construction, and commissions may be withheld, adjusted, or denied in cases involving cancellation, non-payment, contract changes, referral disputes, disqualification, or any circumstance that materially affects the validity or value of the referral.
Partners are expected to treat all project-related information, client details, business communications, pricing discussions, internal processes, and program materials as confidential and to handle such information with discretion, professionalism, and respect for all parties involved; no partner may disclose, misuse, distribute, or exploit confidential information obtained through the program except as reasonably necessary to submit or support a legitimate referral in accordance with these terms.
All partners must conduct themselves in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner and must communicate in ways that reflect positively on Piacentini Construction, its clients, and its business relationships; participation in the program requires compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, anti-spam standards, privacy expectations, and any program instructions or professional guidelines issued by Piacentini Construction from time to time.
Piacentini Construction may disqualify any referral or remove any partner from the network at its sole discretion in cases involving false or misleading information, unauthorized representations, abusive or unprofessional conduct, conflicts of interest, improper solicitation, duplicate or non-qualifying submissions, breach of confidentiality, violation of program rules, or any behavior that may create legal, reputational, or commercial risk for Piacentini Construction or its clients.
